1 cup (250 ml) long grain rice
1 cup (250 ml) cold water
in a stove-top pan combine vegetable oil, rice seasoning, long grain rice and cold water. using medium heat, bring to a gentle boil while stirring. cover, reduce heat and continue cooking until water is absorbed.
