    Matcha Green Tea Chia Pudding


    1 - Package Dr. Oetker Original Vanilla Pudding
    1 - Tsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder
    3 - Tbsp Fine White Sugar
    2 - Cups 2% Milk
    1 - Tsp Chia Seeds


    1. Mix contents of package with sugar in a sauce pan. Gradually whisk in milk and continue to mix until smooth. Add in matcha green tea powder and whisk until no lumps remain and mixture is uniform.
    2. Cook over medium heat while whisking continuously until a boil is achieved.
    3. Whisk for another 30-60 seconds or until thickened, then pour into bowls.
    4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm. Garnish with chia seeds. Serve cold.
    5. Yield: 6-8 Small Servings
