Matcha Green Tea Chia Pudding
1 - Package Dr. Oetker Original Vanilla Pudding
1 - Tsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder
3 - Tbsp Fine White Sugar
2 - Cups 2% Milk
1 - Tsp Chia Seeds
- Mix contents of package with sugar in a sauce pan. Gradually whisk in milk and continue to mix until smooth. Add in matcha green tea powder and whisk until no lumps remain and mixture is uniform.
- Cook over medium heat while whisking continuously until a boil is achieved.
- Whisk for another 30-60 seconds or until thickened, then pour into bowls.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm. Garnish with chia seeds. Serve cold.
