Avocado Smoothie Bowl With Cashew Cream
1/2- Cup Dry Roasted Unsalted Cashews
1/2- Cup Grace Coconut Milk
1- Cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
3- Tbsp. Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate 90% Protein
1/2 - Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 - Frozen Banana
1/4 Cup Kale (Stems Removed)
1- Whole Avocado
1/8- Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes, Sulfate-Free
1/4 - Cup Pomegranate Seeds
For cashew cream: - Place coconut milk and cashews in a blender and blend until smooth. (You may reserve a few cashews for garnish if you'd like.)
For the bowl:
- Place all ingredients (except garnish) in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer into bowls and garnish with one or two tablespoons of cashew cream in the center.
- Sprinkle coconut flakes, pomegranate seeds and remaining cashews on top to finish.
Yield: 2 small smoothie bowls
