Berry Crunch Smoothie
1/4- Cup Avocado, mashed
1/4 - Cup 2% Vanilla Greek Yogurt
3/4- Cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 Tbsp. Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate 90% Protein
1/2- Small banana, frozen and chopped
1/4- Cup Kale, firmly packed
1/2 - Cup Dry Roasted Unsalted Cashews
6 - Tbsp. Grace Coconut Milk
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes Sulfate-Free
- Place all ingredients except "garnish" items in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with fresh berries, granola, coconut and chia seeds.
Yields: One medium sized smoothie bowl.
